Jennifer Jordan purchased The Cheese House, formerly known as The Colonial Cheese House, on January 1, 2012. We later renamed the restaurant Cheese House American Diner to let people know that we are more than just Wisconsin cheese. We are also known for our amazing pizzas full of fresh toppings, with lots of Wisconsin cheese of course. Our goal is to continue the traditions of the Colonial Cheese House, while adding more menu items made with fresh ingredients and free delivery. Our goal is to serve our customers with 100% satisfaction and make everyone feel like they are a part of our family.
Wisconsin isn’t called “America’s Dairyland” for nothing…here at the Cheese House, we sell locally made cheeses of different flavors and styles. Our goal? To get your taste buds hooked so hard on the curd that you’ll become a fellow cheesehead like our staff. We also have local sausages and unique treasures—check out our shop!

We have over 80 Cedar Crest flavors rotated daily. Cedar Crest is pure, premium ice cream locally made right here in Wisconsin. Choose from shakes, malts, floats, sundaes, sugar cones, cake cones, waffle cones, or dishes, topped with your favorite ice cream toppings.
